Privacy Policy

When you submit the enquiry form I collect your name, email address, phone number and the journey details you choose to provide (service type, pickup date and time, pickup location, destination, flight number and your message). If you contact me by phone, email or WhatsApp, I hold the contact details and content of that conversation.

Your details are used only to respond to your enquiry, quote for and deliver the journey you have asked about, and keep the records required for a transport business. The legal basis is your consent (given when you tick the box on the enquiry form) and, once a booking is agreed, performance of our contract.

Enquiries are stored in the website's secure database and emailed to sean@pearltrading.co.uk. Only I have access. Your details are never sold, rented, or shared for marketing. Information is shared with a third party only where you ask me to (for example a production office or hotel arranging your booking) or where the law requires it.

Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are kept for up to 12 months. Records of completed bookings are kept for as long as needed for accounting and tax purposes.

You can ask me to confirm what information I hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Email sean@pearltrading.co.uk and I will respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
