Frequently asked questions
How much luggage space is there?
Cruise holidays mean serious luggage. The Ford Tourneo Custom takes up to 8 large cases, plus hand luggage. Share your party size and bag count in the enquiry and the right vehicle will be recommended.
Can you combine an airport arrival with a cruise transfer?
Yes — a common arrangement is Heathrow or Gatwick to Southampton on embarkation day. Share your flight number and your arrival is tracked so the car is ready when you land.
What time will we arrive at the terminal?
Collection times are planned around your cruise line's check-in window, with margin for traffic, so you arrive relaxed rather than rushed.
Do you collect from the terminal on our return?
Yes. Disembarkation collections are arranged for your return, timed around the ship's arrival and your expected time through the terminal.
